X-Stain SDS-PAGE Express Staining Solution

Step:
1. After electrophoresis, rinse the gel twice in dd water.
2. Place the gel in a clean glass or plastic container, add an appropriate amount of staining solution, and the dosage is subject to the coverage of the gel.
3. Shake to develop color. After 2-3 minutes show the band. Generally after 5 minutes of staining, the next step is decided according to the results of protein staining bands.
4. After dyeing, recover the dyeing solution and put the gel in water to observe the result. The solution can be reused 2-3 times. The more times it is used, the longer it takes to stain, but the sensitivity is not affected.

Precaution:
1. The staining solution is acidic. Please wear gloves when operating. If accidentally splash the staining solution on the skin, please immediately flush with water.
2. If there is slight background after staining, please put the gel in water to purify the background.

X-Stain SDS-PAGE express staining solution is based on the coomassie blue staining. It is mainly used for protein electrophoresis gels staining such as SDS-PAGE, and for the detection of residual proteins after Western Blot transfer. This product has almost no coloring on the background. It fast stains and no need to be decolored. After 3-5 minutes, the next step can be decided according to the protein band.
