Single B Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody Preparation

Introduction

Single B-cell technology, as a class of technology for rapid preparation of monoclonal antibodies, is a monoclonal antibody in vitro screening and expression system formed by combining single cell isolation and identification technology with a variety of PCR techniques. It takes a single B cell as the starting point, utilizes the characteristic that each B cell only produces one specific antibody, and directly amplifies the antibody gene from a single B cell, thus obtaining an antigen-specific antibody. The antibody prepared by this technology has the advantages of high throughput, high efficiency, high stability and high specificity, retains rich gene diversity and natural pairing of light and heavy chain variable regions, and has a wide range of application prospects, with unique advantages in the development of antibodies for rapid response to pathogenic microorganisms.

Advantages

1.High Specificity: Compared to mice and other rodents, rabbits have a superior immune system, producing antibodies with greater specificity and higher affinity.

2.High Stability: Higher structural stability of rabbit IgG compared to the conventional mouse monoclonal antibodies.

3.High Affinity: Rabbit B Cell maturation process generates 10-100 times higher affinity than it in rodents.

4.High Diversity: Rabbits have a rich B cellular repertoire that produces antibodies with significant advantages in terms of epitope variants, mutations, conformational changes, and high diversity.
